Yooperlite is UV reactive Sodalite. It was discovered in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, hence the name “Yooperlite”. (For those who are unfamiliar, Michiganders refer to the Upper Peninsula as the U P. And we call people from the U P “Yoopers”).
Yooperlite lights up under UV lighting (as seen in the photo), and has all the same properties as Sodalite, (communication, finding your voice, and giving you the confidence to step up and speak out.)
